A Bavarian Themed Party For Children and Dogs is Coming to Bristol

We’re bringing a tail-wagging party for dog owners with children and dogs to Bristol. The party known as ‘Dogtoberfest’ will be coming to the Prince Street Social, Bristol on Sunday 6th October from 10AM.

Children can enjoy apple juice on arrival and a mini-disco complete with games, prizes and treats. While the pampered pooches can enjoy their very own pretzel and goody bags from Tails.

There will also be a family fun dog show searching for the best duo, and the best fluffy dog toy.The event will also be taking donations from Bristol Animal Rescue Centre.

Dog owners will also get the opportunity to have professional family photos of their children and dogs together, from photographer Tom Harper Photography.

Founder of Dog Furiendly, Adele Pember, said: “We’re so excited to be bringing a family friendly event to Bristol. The British weather is unpredictable, which is why we’ve created an event to keep both the kids and dogs occupied.

“We’re putting together a tail-wagging twist on traditional games and have a great mini-disco lined up complete with German songs!”

Kelsie Jenkins and Cocker Spaniel Google are members of the tail-wagging community.

Kelsie said: “I’m very excited to be able to go to an event which both my dog and three year old daughter can attend and have plenty of fun making memories together. He is after all her best friend!”
