Dog Furiendly is now LIVE in England

To Celebrate, Dog Furiendly Will Host A Tail-Wagging Launch Event at Bath Country Pets

Our award-winning website is now live in England, serving as an authentic platform for listing pubs, cafés, restaurants, shops, visitor attractions and events across England, which allow dogs on the premises.

To celebrate, we’re hosting a launch event where dog owners can take part in a big treasure hunt and dog show with their dogs. The launch event takes place at boutique dog hotel, Bath Country Pets coinciding with their grand opening.

An estimated number of 8.5 million dog owners will benefit from this new online platform across the UK. The new website is entirely free to use, and dog lovers are invited to sign up, review and submit listings.

Melissa and her Dachshunds Mitzi and Heidi, from Somerset, are proud members of Dog Furiendly’s community.

Melissa said, “I’m so excited for the website to launch in England. In the past we have struggled to find places that would welcome our dogs. Dog Furiendly will change that, being the first point of call when planning all our adventures across the UK.”

“We’re excited to explore new places and of course we will be sure to submit our favourite places to help the community too. If they can’t come, then neither will we!”

Founder of Dog Furiendly, Adele Pember started the website after struggling to find places to take her Chihuahua, Charlie, who suffers with separation anxiety.

According to research carried out by Channel Four’s Dogs: Their Secret Lives, 85% of the dogs studied showed signs of not coping when left alone.

Adele, said: “We know there are a lot of dogs like Charlie who don’t like being away from their owners. It’s heart-breaking when you have to close the door and look at those puppy dog eyes. Many owners in England face this tough situation every single day.

“Since launching Dog Furiendly in Wales and Scotland, we’ve helped so many people to find new places, our community is growing every day! We can’t wait to do the same for dog owners in England.”

The website has already been successful in Wales and Scotland helping over 25,000 Welsh dog owners every month to find new places.
