We take great pride in the investment in facilities that we have at our clinics, but appreciate that the most important thing we offer is the quality of our staff. Our vets, nurses and receptionists are here to care for both you and your pets and offer you the best possible service.
We ensure that our staff engage in regular training to keep up to date with the latest development in veterinary medicine and place a high emphasis on customer care. Many of our staff have been with the group for many years and we are fortunate to be able to offer you a consistent service with faces that you get to know and hopefully build trusting relationships with.
You can also expect to find a group of veterinary clinics that provide their own 24-hour emergency service. We recognise that the time you need us most is when you have an emergency situation. We do not pay other practices to do this work for us, instead we choose to make sure that we provide our own out-of-hours care so that when you need us, you know where to go.
