Lots of lovely meadows!
We visited Capstone Country Park for the first time in June 2021 as part of an organised group sausage dog walk. It was our first time visiting, but we found it was easy to access from the A2 and plenty of free parking available. The walk itself covered lots of wide open meadows and bridal paths. The paths could be narrow and a bit hilly – and probably a bit muddy in the winter! The sausages loved frolicking in the long grass in the meadows. Near the car park there is a duck pond/ lake and cafe with outdoor seating.
