Details
At the south eastern tip of Pembrokeshire, Dale Beach faces east, making it pleasantly sheltered. It has regularly been awarded Blue Flag Status, and has also received an award from the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) for its excellent water quality. The bay is mainly shingle at high tide; sandier areas are revealed when the tide is out.
Although the beach is dog friendly, in season, this applies only to the southern section. There are dog restrictions at the northern end of the beach from 1st May to 30th September at the opposite end from the slipway and pontoon. Check a map for the exact location.
