North Berwick Law is a must visit if in the area - it gives panoramic views over North Berwick and beyond. To the west you can see Edinburgh Castle and the Forth Bridge; to the north the Firth of Forth and Fife coastline; to the east the ancient curtain walls of Tantallon Castle and the Lammermuir Hills to the south. The top features the whales jaw bones, a napoleonic watch house and some of the best views around!
There is a car park with free car parking so get there early to get a space and from there you follow the main path to the summit. There are some steep and slippery areas but is generally suitable for all.
Keep your eyes peeled for the group of Exmoor ponies that live on the law too.
