Beautiful estate owned by the National Trust and managed by East Cheshire Countryside. There are endless opportunities and paths to explore. There's plenty of little spots to picnic, so put together a picnic basket (and don't forget the treats for the pooch),

We had the most amazing time at Tatton park meeting up with family. We went on a lovely long walk with all the dogs then stopped off for some coffees and chips (which we found to be very reasonably priced). There is a huge area with tables and chairs/ picnic tables so we had no struggle finding a seat even though it was so busy!
For anyone with children, there is lots to see and do… they had funfair rides, shops, ice cream vans etc. My only piece of advice is that it may not be the most cost effective place if you’re only going on a walk as its £8 to get in with a car. We didn’t mind as we intended on spending the day there and enjoying everything else the park had to offer but if you’re only walking the dog, this may be a bit pricey. Also worth noting that there’s tonnes of deer and sheep so dogs need to be kept on a lead.
