Description
Ezra meaning ‘Helper’ & Gil meaning ‘Happiness’ is an evolutionary concept in urban coffee and cafe culture. It is located within Manchester city center, in the Northern Quarter.
A true neighbourhood hang-out with a vision to provide a simple menu, to serve food and drinks in a space that's welcoming and wholesome.
Founded in 2014 and opened June 2015, Ezra & Gil are housed in a old un-occupied former clothing showroom on the ground floor. Their aim was to create a sharing space with a nod to making the solo diner and groups feel welcomed.
Dogs are allowed inside and are provided with a water bowl.

Gorgeous venue with great food, it does get really busy on weekends and it’s not bookable. Expect a queue, especially now. Dogs are very welcome and there are usually a few in there. Rambo is happy if a bit of my egg makes it way to him.
