Lingholm Kitchen

The Lingholm Kitchen & Walled Garden sits within the beautiful Lingholm Estate on Derwentwater.  The stunning cafe and shops looks down onto beautiful walled garden built in a Victorian style using reclaimed materials. Dogs are very welcome both inside and outside on the gorgeous sunny terrace, although there are towels available for particularly muddy pooches if venturing indoors!  Reachable via bus to nearby Portinscale, by car or as a perfect stop off on a Lake District walk! Plenty of hot and cold food options available as well as delicious cakes made onsite in the bakery. There is usually a big jar of doggy treats available too, with a vast array of doggy things available to purchase inside including some brilliant books all about dog friendly walks in the Lake District - very helpful for the doggy parents!
