We visited the Princess of Wales with my friend Poppy and her humans. After a fun run around on Blackheath common we popped into the pub just as the heavens opened! Thankfully their beer garden is covered with large awnings and plenty of heaters so once we were sat at our table we stayed warm and dry! The humans enjoyed their drinks and snacks whilst we snoozed in our bags/ on their laps. We attracted lots of attention from staff and other pub goers saying we were so cute! We weren’t offered any water or treats but thankfully we bought our own. We also saw a few other dogs snoozing under some tables whilst we were there too.
