Description
Food with a view at the Old Lightboat house Bistro. As the name suggests, the bistro is located in an old lifeboat house, and the building has been beautifully restored.
It is a relatively small but quirky bistro, steeped in local history with an unobstructed view of Penzance Harbour and St Michaels Mount. The bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and as a reflection of the location, the menu is predominantly seafood. Offering daily seafood specials in addition to the standard menu, and using predominantly local produce, with the fish being delivered daily.
Tea, Coffee, Scones and Cakes are also served until 4.30pm each day.
And the best bit? they are very dog furiendly! What could be better than settling down with some 'Bubbles & Pearls', a bowl of water for the pooch, and taking in the magnificent harbour views? Dogs are welcome indoors until 7pm and in the outside seating at all times, so you can enjoy a visit whatever the weather.
