Details
Situated in the historic village of Fourstones near Hexham on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. There are great views of the Tyne Valley and some nice walks around the village, river and further afield. The village store is a short walk and there is a good pub which serves food under a mile’s walk away.
Suitable for guests with or without dogs as we are very particular with our cleaning. We are also regularly inspected by Visit England to ensure we are keeping our cottages up to their 4* standard.
We do not charge for dogs as we feel they are members of the family but do ask that guests care for our property and clean up after their dogs in return. We keep a few items in our cottages for guests with dogs as we know how easy it is to forget something:
dog bowls
towels
throws/blankets
dog treats in welcome pack
baby bath or outside tap for washing
‘on holiday’ dog tags
dog crate (on request, just ask in advance of your arrival)
Northumberland is a dog-friendly county. Many tourist attractions, pubs and restaurants allow dogs
