Details
Rhos Cottages are situated 4½ miles inland from Criccieth, with its beaches divided by the headland, on which sits the 700 year old castle. 2 miles away is the village of Llanystumdwy, the boyhood village of David Lloyd George: with an interesting Museum on his life and where the grave of this famous Welsh politician, designed by local architect Clough Williams-Ellis, sits in the steep, wooded valley of the Afon Dwyfor .
Rhos Cottages are not on a complex, but are 4 detached, individual and traditional, stone built Welsh farmhouse cottages; each enjoying its very own idyllic grounds with very private secluded gardens (but not isolated) on a 200 acre of farmland which runs down to the River Dwyfach, where some double bank fishing can be done by arrangement.
You are most welcome to bring your well behaved pet, subject to prior arrangement, provided you never allow your pet on the beds or furniture. We must also ask that you never leave a pet alone in the cottage while you are out .
All dog fouling must be cleared and picked up from the grounds and garden.
There are plenty of lovely walks for dogs and people, and fields where guests are welcome to exercise their dogs.
This is a farming district with sheep and other livestock - please do not allow dogs out on their own.
