Tullichuil

Tullichuil is a charming cottage sleeping 6 and is also dog friendly. It sits high on a hill overlooking the beautiful Tay Valley and the views towards Schiehallion are simply breathtaking. If you are looking for a bit of escapism, peace and quiet then Tullichuil is the perfect place for you. The style of this home is a lovely mix of old and new. It has a modern kitchen with an Aga, modern spacious shower room as well as a separate family bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and airy whilst the sitting room is cosy and more traditional. There is full, oil fired, central heating throughout.

There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room with zip and link beds that can be made into a double bed. One of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom have a wash hand basin. All three bedrooms are bright and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped having a dishwasher, under counter fridge, Aga, George Foreman grill and all the pots, pans and dishes you could need. There is also utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge freezer.

The cosy sitting room has an open fire and lovely views. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of books , games and DVD’s. Please note that there is no broadband service at this property at the moment but the owners hope to have it in place in the next few weeks. In the meantime, mobile signals and 4G are very good.

Outside there is a large garden with seating and plenty of room for children and dogs to play. There are also walks from the door. The views are sensational! Access to this cottage is up a farm track so 4×4 vehicles are essential in the winter months if there is snow and ice.
