Details
The views are spectacular of the surrounding coast line and a great place for buddy photographers, you can explore the castle ruins and explore the history.
This castle is not for those with mobility issues and/or buggies and there are numerous steep, uneven steps.
Admission required, which can seem quite pricey when you judge the surrounding areas of beauty you can explore for free and definitely not for those who are unfit or struggle with mobility. But something a bit different for you and your pooch.
Dogs are welcome at Tintagel Castle, but please note there are lots of steps, cliff edges and nesting birds, so please keep them safe on leads.
Adventures with Angus

We loved exploring this area. It’s a stunning part of the coast and the whole area is dog friendly. I did have to carry Angus as there are a LOT of steps. The cafe is a perfect spot for a cup of tea whilst you take in the dramatic coast line. Some people were also wild swimming.
