We loved our trip to West Quay Southampton. We had never been to a dog friendly shopping centre before so it was a novel experience.
On their website they list the dog friendly shops in the centre and state they can be identified by a pink paw print in their window. Whilst we did see several paw prints displayed in the shop windows, we noted not all the dog friendly shops listed on the website had paw prints which did leave us confused and unsure of whether we could take the dogs inside.
There was also some water bowls around the centre which was handy for the pups if they got thirsty.
We also took them to the toilets and into the food court and were not told they couldn’t be there so assumed this was ok also.
There is also a collection of central city centre parks in Southampton nearby which is good for a walk & toilet trip – recommend visiting the Titanic memorial statue!
