Pupcakes Week

Hello there Barkers!

A great BIG Hollywoof pawshake to everyone who took part in Biscuit week. We saw SO many tasty biscuits from you all last week, which has us drooling like a Doberman.

This week itā€™s time to make some pupcakes for your furry friend! We can't wait to see you get creative with your pupcake toppings.

To take part, have-a-go at the weekly recipe below, take a photo (before your dog nabs it) and share your marvellous creation (or epic fail) for the world to see.

Recipe: Peanut Butter and Banana Pupcakes

Week Two - Pupcakes3
Ingredients
  • 68 grams plain flour
  • Ā½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 grams peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana peeled and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Muffin tin
  • Cupcake cases
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180Ā°C/160Ā°C fan/gas mark 4. Line your tin with the paper cases ready for when your mix is made.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and add the other ingredients and beat together to form a smooth paste.
  3. Let this mixture sit for about 15 minutes. Then, spoon it into the paper cases, filling each about two-thirds full.
  4. Tap the tin a couple of times to level out the mixture and to pop any airy bubbles!
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown or an inserted skewer comes out clean and let them cool.
