A. That's totally okay. Start the activity with your dog at your own pace. Perhaps you did a couple of runs and decided you're not quite ready yet? That's okay too. Hopefully we'll motivate you to change your mind in the coming weeks.
B. We're so proud of you for hitting the ground running together - we promise it will pay off and you'll start to feel better soon. If you feel like you need to stay on the same week to get used to the activity, then that's okay too!
C. You've totally got this, perhaps it's time to start thinking about that 5K aye?

Remember we’re all in this together.

Collectively, we're aiming to walk/run enough miles to go from the Brighton to the Highlands! So far we've run 248 miles together (from Brighton to about Leeds). So a huge round of appaws to everyone who has contributed with their feet or paws!

If you haven't already, join our Strava club to add your miles to our map while chatting and cheering on other participants. It’s easy to under or overestimate how far we’ve come when relying on memory alone. Strava can help you to see all the progress both you and your pooch have made together. This will also help you to reflect on your running or personal goals, both short-term and long- term, and your progress toward better health.

Join the club here: strava.com/clubs/tailwagto5k. To keep up-to-date with how many miles we've run or walked collectively with our pups visit dogfuriendly.com/tailwagto5k.
