They were established 35 years ago, based in Oswestry, Shropshire and are run by a father, daughter, son team. They work by the mantra of 'give love and love will come back'. They have supported hundreds of charities and enterprises, community is really at the heart of this business.
Upon arrival your four legged furiend is warmly greeted (with a bonio if you're good), they have a special doggie entrance, where complimentary poop bags are provided, fresh water stations are located throughout the outdoor areas and plenty of fusses. The large veranda outside is covered, has plenty of seating including couches, artificial grass and an outside cafe bar and ice cream. The only area the dogs are not allowed into are the indoor showrooms and cafe.
The British Ironworks Centre is a real mix of creativity, activities, local food, homely environment and is a real family day out.
When you purchase a pass for £2 upon arrival it gets you free access for 12 months and discount in the cafe.
