Competition T&C’s

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Sound Hound Dogstival Giveaway (“Competition”). By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter The Competition is run by Dog Furiendly Ltd (“Promoter”), in collaboration with Dogstival, and Dittisham Hideaway. The Competition will be hosted on the Dog Furiendly website and promoted through various online platforms.
2. Eligibility to Enter The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, Dogstival, and Dittisham Hideaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. By entering the Competition, you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Enter To enter the Competition, dog owners must complete the entry form and submit a song for the ultimate Dogstival playlist. The entry form will be available on the Dog Furiendly website during the entry period, which opens on the 26th of May and closes on the 9th of June. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Following the initial entry form, participants will have the opportunity to add additional entries by following the instructions on the email. 
5. Prize One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The prize includes:
   • A dog-friendly treehouse holiday at Dittisham Hideaway, some exclusions may apply, subject to availability and excluding school holidays and Christmas. The stay must be booked and completed by the 31st of May 2024.
   • A 1-year subscription to the Pooch Pass digital discount platform with exclusive offers, provided by Dog Furiendly.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Data Protection and Privacy By entering the Competition, you agree that the Promoter and its partners may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of administering the Competition and delivering the prize. Your information will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
7. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize Conditions and Limitation of Liability The holiday prize at Dittisham Hideaway is subject to availability and excludes school holidays. The winner is responsible for arranging their travel to and from the location. Any additional expenses incurred during the holiday are the sole responsibility of the winner.
   • The Promoter and its partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Publicity By entering the Competition, you agree to allow the Promoter and its partners to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without any further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Third-Party Responsibilities Dittisham Hideaway is responsible for providing the holiday prize, and any terms and conditions specific to the prize are subject to their policies. The Promoter is responsible for providing the 1-year Pooch Pass subscription.
12. Exclusion of Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Dogstival, and Dittisham Hideaway exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to any act or omission of the Promoter, Dogstival, or Dittisham Hideaway, or any third party.
13. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Contact Information For any enquiries, comments, or further information regarding the Competition, please contact the Promoter at [contact email or phone number].By entering the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Sound Hound Dogstival Giveaway and govern the relationship between the entrants and the Promoter, Dogstival, and Dittisham Hideaway.
16. Amendments and Termination The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any such amendment or termination, the Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant or third party.
