The Picklery is a fermenting kitchen and eatery.
The kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cooking is simple and always seasonal, following the blue skies and sunshine of the Mediterranean. Breakfast offers something bright and spritely and begins at 9am continuing through to lunch with nourishing lunch time favourites. Dinner is from 6pm with a simple sharing menu and the addition of a slow-cooked something or other which comes out of the oven at 7pm. It's one of those dishes that when its gone its gone!
They also sell daily ferments, loose by the gram or you can buy them, along with drinking vinegars and elixirs, jarred and bottled as part of the new range the picklery.
Kitchen craft workshops also run monthly, often hosted by an invited guest. Here you'll learn a craft from fermenting to home-made pasta and charcuterie.
