Description
The Watch House was imagined on the simple premise of creating beautiful and unique spaces for people to enjoy amazing coffee and food, and share a conversation or a pastry (perhaps both) with friends, family and colleagues.
Tower Bridge is their second site and draws inspiration from the merchant history of the River Thames itself and the site’s former life as a spice factory. Acid stained polished concrete paving the floors like salt stained dockyards and and stark but warm lighting reminiscent of pendant street lamps persist as relics of the site’s industrious past.
Located on London’s famous Shad Thames, they offer a full, table service, brunch menu and accompanying cocktails. A fully stocked bar and cosy, warmly lit booths make Tower Bridge a perfect night-time venue as well, offering signature cocktails and a selection of British small plates.
