Grab your lead and join us for a FREE Tail Wag to 5K socially distanced group walk on Saturday 23rd January at 11:00 am led by Dog Furiendly Explorer Luke and Lucy @lucyinvestigates.

The key to feeling good and staying healthy for both dogs and humans is exercise. It’s been proven that having a healthy exercise routine can be easier to stick to when you have a friend to do it with. Well, there’s no better friend than your dog!

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Burns Pet Nutrition to create a FREE exercise programme to gradually help you and your dog to run a 5K with your pooch in just 10-12 weeks.

The programme has been created in conjunction with human running experts RunWales and canicross experts PawRunner, our tail-wagging programme has been carefully created for beginners; considering the health of both human and hound throughout.

Up for it? Tail Wag to 5K starts on the the 23rd January with this walk being the first step on your journey. Pre-register to be the first to receive our free activity pack and regular pupdates throughout the programme!

The meeting point for our walk is outside the TreeTops Cafe, and the walk itself will take approximately 90 minutes. Sensible shoes and warm clothing are advised. Parking is free available however please don’t park the tram stop car park as this isn’t free.

Everyone who joins the walks will receive a free goody bag from Burns Pet Nutrition filled with plenty of treats.

We will be following government guidelines during the walks which means we ask that people socially distance (this can be between social bubbles) and if you come down with any COVID 19 symptoms before the walk, please do not attend the walk. As this is an outdoor event face covers are optional.

Due to COVID 19 Tickets are limited, therefore if you are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your ticket so another dog owner can enjoy your spot and please do not attend if you do not have a ticket.
